PDQ Giving Tuesday

PDQ restaurants, also known as People Dedicated to Quality, joined forces with local sneaker store Soleciety to organize a Giving Tuesday event at Soleciety's downtown location. The event took place on December 3rd, 2019, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with the aim of raising funds to donate to the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay.

The event featured PDQ's signature chicken tender meals, with all proceeds going directly to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay. Additionally, exclusive co-branded PDQ and Soleciety merchandise was also available for purchase, with the proceeds being part of the donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay.

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests who attended, many things had to be done beforehand, including the creation and execution of a multi-platform social media campaign, the logistics of organizing community guests such as local artists, the mayor of Tampa, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as well as the production of co-branded products. The event day was the highlight of the campaign, and it was a resounding success.

Our goal for this project was reached, as PDQ was able to donate a substantial amount to the Boys and Girls Club with the help of our community.
